Principles of Conduct

The REIA National Principles of Conduct aim to promote and encourage a high standard of ethical practice by REI members and their employees in all dealings with clients, consumers, real estate professionals, regulators and the general public.

The Principles have been developed with the State and Territory Real Estate Institutes, having regard for existing codes of conduct and current legislative requirements, which vary between States and Territories.
