The International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA)

The Real Estate Institute of Australia is a founding member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). ICREA is a global alliance whose members are leading national real estate organisations in the world's major markets. ICREA provides significant benefits to members of these national organisations who are engaged in the global marketplace--primarily by assisting them in efficiently and profitably facilitating transnational business. ICREA also assists buyers and sellers in locating properties outside their country and in locating a real estate professional who abides by a code of ethics and can best meet their individual needs.

ICREA Transnational Referral Certification Course

This course prepares real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the transnational referral system developed by ICREA. Students learn how to integrate international referrals, resulting in increased income, into their business plans. Upon successful completion of the course, REIA members are eligible for Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). The course is offered through self-paced on-line instruction, with an estimated completion time of 6 hours.

The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
