FEATURES

Consider what sort of features you are looking for:

  • If a house suits your practical needs, does it fit your preferred architectural style — contemporary, Victorian, worker’s cottage or Californian bungalow, etc;
  • A property should have at least one attractive or outstanding feature such as a charming garden, north facing outside and inside living areas, a well-planned kitchen or original fireplaces;
  • Decide if you are prepared to renovate and how much you are willing to spend.
